Is Pro Machinery a legit place for repo equipment?

Hey all. Looking at a Case tractor on promachinery.com. The prices for their repo equipment seem almost too good. A bit nervous about buying sight-unseen from an online auction. Is Pro Machinery legit? Worried about the process and getting a clean title.
Bought a 2019 Komatsu mini-excavator from Pro Machinery last year. Process was surprisingly smooth. The machine was exactly as described and shown in the video walk-around. I’d use them again.
Seconding that. My biggest fear was paperwork hell. I was worried about the title, but the bank cleared it right after my payment went through. The clear title arrived with the equipment during delivery. Zero hassle with ProMachinery on that front.
My experience was 95% positive. The only hiccup was that my delivery was delayed by a day due to a truck issue. But the Pro Machinery logistics team called me to let me know, so I wasn't left guessing. The skid steer itself was in great shape.
@CautiousCarl Same here on the communication. I had a question about the payment process so I emailed office@promachinery.com. It took them until the next morning to reply, but the agent who did was super helpful and walked me through it. Got my CAT scraper without a hitch.
For what it's worth, I just got my John Deere tractor from a Pro Machinery auction two months ago. No issues with the title at all. Got all the official paperwork and the clear title delivered with my tractor. It was my first time and I was scared lol, but it worked out.
A client of mine won a Bobcat from promachinery.com and had me inspect it on arrival. I have to say, the condition report was spot on. All the fluid levels were good, hours matched the listing. They're not trying to hide major issues, in my experience.
The website promachinery.com can be a little confusing at first. My advice: make sure you read the full report and look at ALL the pictures. I noticed a small cosmetic dent on my loader that was only visible from one angle, but it was in the pictures. For the price I paid for a solid machine from Pro Machinery, I'm not complaining.
Absolutely worth it. Saved about 25% on a forklift compared to local dealers. The whole ProMachinery process is designed to move bank-repossessed inventory, so the value is there. You just have to do your homework on the specific unit you're bidding on.
Good thread. I've been watching a Telehandler on their site for a week now. These reviews are giving me the confidence to pull the trigger. Seems like Pro Machinery is a solid option.
@DirtMoverDave I had a similar thought when I was bidding. The phone agent at Pro Machinery seemed a bit rushed when I called with a question. But I got my answer, and the deal went through fine. Guess they are just busy.
Thanks everyone. This is exactly what I needed to hear. Especially the comments about the clear titles. That was my main worry. Going to place my bid on that Case tractor at promachinery.com Appreciate all the help!
