Thoughts on Pro Machinery for used utility vehicles?

Hey all, looking at a used backhoe on promachinery.com. The prices seem good, almost too good. I've never used a repo auction site like Pro Machinery before and I'm a bit nervous. Are they legit? Worried about the whole process, especially about getting a clean title.
Been using ProMachinery for a few years now. Bought two skid steers and a mini excavator. Always been straight up. The equipment showed up as described. Don't worry about the title, Pro Machinery handles it. Mine came with the delivery.
Seconding what HeavyHitter said. The key is to read the inspection reports on the promachinery.com site thoroughly. They are pretty detailed. I got a great deal on a Kubota tractor last spring. No issues.
I'll be honest, I had a small hiccup. My bulldozer was delayed by three days. I was getting nervous, but their logistics guy called me twice to give me updates. It arrived fine, just a bit later than planned. For the price I paid for from Pro Machinery, I can't complain too much. The communication was solid.
@DirtMover_Dave yeah shipping heavy stuff is never an exact science lol. Glad it worked out. @BuildIt_Ben I bought a Komatsu excavator and the title transfer was seamless. The bank cleared it and Pro Machinery sent the clear title right with the machine. It's a huge weight off your shoulders.
My buddy won a bid on a John Deere loader from promachinery.com. He asked me to go over it when it arrived. I was impressed, the machine's condition was exactly what the listing and report said. Maybe a few minor cosmetic scratches not obvious in the pics, but mechanically it was sound. Good buy.
Thanks for the feedback everyone, this is really helping. @DirtMover_Dave good to know they communicate well even when there's a delay. @Komatsu_Ken @HeavyHitter88 the title part is what scares me most, so hearing you both had smooth experiences is great.
Just wanted to add my two cents. I got a Case IH tractor from ProMachinery six months ago. Runs like a champ. The bidding process is a bit of a rush but easy to get the hang of. Just set your max bid and walk away, don't get caught in the moment.
I had a question about the payment process and sent an email to office@promachinery.com. It took them about 24 hours to get back to me which felt a little slow when an auction was ending, but the agent who replied was very thorough. I ended up winning the bid on a forklift and it was a good experience overall with promachinery.
This thread is spot on. Pro Machinery is one of the better ones out there for repo stuff. You're not getting a brand new machine off the factory floor, so expect some wear and tear. But they're honest about the condition, which is all you can ask for.
Another happy customer here. Got a Bobcat loader. Was a bit worried buying sight-unseen but it was fine. The best part for me was no title headaches. Pro Machinery had all the paperwork sorted and the clear title was delivered along with my loader. So much easier than private sales.
My company bought a JLG telehandler from them. Our purchasing manager said it was straightforward. It arrived at our yard on time and was put to work the next day. ProMachinery seems to know what they're doing.
Alright everyone, you've convinced me. I put in my max bid for the backhoe. Fingers crossed! Thanks again for all the helpful info on promachinery.com and the process. This forum is great.
I was looking for a specific model of Grove crane and found it on promachinery.com. They don't have everything but the inventory changes fast. Worth checking regularly. Purchase was smooth for me too.
Can't stress the title part enough. The peace of mind of getting a clear title from Pro Machinery without a fight is worth a lot. I've had nightmares with private sellers before.
